I just had my Kia Forte serviced at Jim Shorkey Gainesville, the service department were so helpful and personable from Paul service manager to Alex who went above and beyond to help me.Great people who work there.

Jim Shorkey Gainesville has a great service department, the people are personable and very helpful especially Paul and of course Alex who went above and beyond to assist me .

Don't buy a car from this dealership.

Don't buy a car from this dealership. They do not honor commitments. The Sales Manager Ronnie Pratt does not return calls or show up when he said he would. I would not trust or recommend them to anyone.They do not operate on the up and up. They are not people who honor their commitments.

Saw a car online posted for x amount, negotiated a price

Saw a car online posted for x amount, negotiated a price and had a scheduled pickup day. Noticed they changed the price online $500 less, asked about renegotiating with the new price. Dealership said it has been pulled for repairs a new grill and bumper. CarFax shows no damage history. Talk to them via email and they told me the car was available today for pickup of course I used a different name. This dealership lies to try and increase their profit. I wonder how the Jim Shorkey family would feel, knowing one of their 15 locations was doing this to customers. I guess they're 97 million in Revenue last year makes lying to people okay. Do not buy anything from this dealership! By law in the state of Georgia nothing can be added to the online posted price other than governmental fees. This dealership charges $800 documentation fee, $200 electronic title fee, a $18 title fee, etc. Do your homework before ever buying a car. But do not ever buy one from a Jim Shorkey dealership. I have email proof.

I would not waste my time going to this dealership.

I would not waste my time going to this dealership. Me and my wife have caught them in several lies. First off make sure you don't give them your correct name and phone number because they will call leave messages and harass you until you respond. Once they were called in a lie they just do what they always do and double down on their claim that they are a fair dealership but they would go out of business if they weren't making a profit. This is a play out of the old used car sales book. Super nice to you as long as you're going along with a narrative but absolutely horrible when it comes to actually respecting your wants and needs if it's not on their terms.classic used car tactics that are hated by most. Do yourself a favor and find someone else or a private seller this dealership is full of clowns.

I knew the car I wanted and shopped for the best deal.

I knew the car I wanted and shopped for the best deal. No one in Nashville market was competitive. Shorkey made an offer, I accepted, they had the paperwork ready, I went down, paid for the car and drove home. Easy, friendly dealership.

Great experience purchasing my new Hybrid Sorento.

Great experience purchasing my new Hybrid Sorento. Yeng in sales was patient, helpful and assisted in everyway possible. Shout out to Chris Jorday in Finance as he is fabulous to work with.
