Love this place and has never had a bad experience

This dealership always answers my questions and fixes my problem. Alex and Andrew are always keeping me updated on my vehicle and is very very good to me!

Friendly service

The service was thorough and the people were friendly. Having to take my infant was no problem because the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Service was timely and plenty of information was given at the conclusion of my visit. The car wash is icing on the cake 👏🏻

Great service experience

Great experience! I went in for a routine oil service and received a wheel alignment as well. They have me a discount because I mentioned that I had previously gotten a wheel alignment at another dealership but they obviously didn't do it right. They even washed and vacuumed my car at the end which was very nice! I did stay for almost 2 hours but o was very satisfied with how my car ended up.

Service visit

Andrew was very helpful during my visit to take my kia soul to get service. He was able to tell me the condition of my car as well as what I would need in the future. Outstanding customer service and I would recommend Andrew to anyone.

Ok, not great

So overall, was OK. BUT, there were several missteps along the way with my deal that made the experience less than great. The car I wanted to see was “misplaced” for 40 minutes. I was not told when I called about the vehicle that it was a loaner with 8,500 miles on it. Once the price and financing was agreed on, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the paper work completed. That was wayyyy too long as it looked like there were many sales/financing people available. 3 hours in the dealership. That was too long for this deal-which was not complex or contentious at all. The people were polite and pleasant. The delays, disorganization and slowness was misery. My experience confirms why buying a car in a dealership has a bad rep.

First new car

It honestly was the first time I have got to sit down and review over buying a new car with my parents and it was really fun and professionally done with the customer in mind. I enjoyed the company of Oscar and the rest of the team as we got to sit down and work out an amazing deal on my Brand new 2018 Kia Optima LX! I’m over joyed and at awe and this is probably the best place to get things moving and done efficiently. Thank you 104.7 The Fish for the recommendation.

Super Professional Service, Fast!

1st Service was great! Definitely treat you special.

I was greeted on arriving and my appointment started on time at the time selected. It was immediately taken care of and finished ahead of schedule. The waiting room is very comfortable and great selection of things to drink and eat while you wait.

Awesome excellent customer service fantastic

When use any other dealership in Gainesville they do a fantastic job as far as I'm concerned the people are polite and considerate they're happy the works great they don't high pressure you they're just great
