Love This Dealership!

I have been a customer of Gainesville Carriage Kia since 2010 and purchased 2 Kia Sorentos during this time. They have always been terrific to work with and try very to please their customers. This is a wonderful dealership and there service department is awesome. Their not perfect, but what's important, is if something isn't right they will do the level best to make it right. That's why I have all service work on my Kia vehicle done by their service dept. I love Alex as my customer sevice rep. He is alway very courteous, patient, and explains the service I am receiving. He willingly answers all my questions. He is great about keeping me informed while the work is being completed. And, I love that the service dept. always washes my car after the service job is done. So nice to get a clean car back:) They never try to sell me something I don't need. Once there was some confusion on my part about needing new brake pads and I was stressing out over whether or not to replace them and which type regular OEM or ceramic to choose. The service manager, Dennis Jackson, learned of my distress and personally came to my aid. Using a model of brake pad levels of ware he demonstrated how to know when it's the right time to replace the pads. Then he personally went and inspected my brake pads, returned showed me on the model the level of ware my pads were at and that there was still some pad left. He said they check my brake pads at next oil change and if it was time to change them he would personally help me decide which type of new pads would best fit my needs. This last service on Dec. 7 Dennis took the time to explain the difference in the 2 types of brake pads, performance and ware difference and pro and cons of each choice. Then he helped me choose the best option for my needs. I really appreciated his help and the fact that he was very sincere in addresding my concerns and took me seriously. What dealership service dept. treats their customers with such esteem? Gainesville Kia is the only one I know of. I'm an older customer and am AWAYS treated with kindness, patients, and respect when I come in for service. I'm forever their customer. I love this dealership, especially their service dept.!

Easy in and out

Caring, friendly people always ready to help. Clean waiting area with snacks although I miss the chocolate chip cookies. Free car washes are a nice perk!

I had a great experience, very friendly staff

Very friendly, got my car back in a short amount of time with complementary wash and vacuum. Drinks and snacks were offered. Staff told me what they did to my car.

Excellent Service

Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful.Service Consultant, Andrew Aycock was very thorough in informing me of and explaining to me the types of services which needed to be performed on my car.

Besides the 10,000 phone calls I receive after I stop at the dealership and didn’t even test drive a car. My experience there once I decided to buy a car, was quick and easy. Thank you all for my wonderful car, the family. Love it.

Very fast and easy service. Staff was kind and accommodating

Excellent service

Took my car to carriage collision center for repairs after an accident. William Orlando took great care and explained everything to me. I am very happy with their work and professionalism.

Satisfaction

Fair. Timely. Realize my need to be fiscally conscious. Respectful of my choices and requests. Friendly. Work to make sure my time waiting in service area is comfortable.

Did not get promised free oil change.

Was told after last oil change there & my horrible experience, the next oil change would be free, but was charged! Decided to try again, but as you know , was charged for free oil change.

Awesome experience

I love going to Carriage from the time I decided possibly by a car to getting my car from them the service has been amazing. They call and check to see if I'm enjoying my car still and if I need anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
