Carriage Kia is the first dealership that I can recommend...

Carriage Kia is the first dealership that I can recommend from the sales department to the service department. I have no complaints. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I don't hesitate to share my experience with friends. As a matter of fact one of my friends just purchased her Sorento rom Carriage Kia based on my recommendation. I plan to buy my next new car from Carriage Kia especially if the Borrego becomes available again. I love my car!

Carriage Kia was amazing to work with. They were friendly and very easy-going. They made it easy and comfortable to work with, even during negotiations. They would not let me leave until I had the price I wanted. I met with Megan Walker the sales associate that assisted me when I visited the Carriage Kia dealership. To start off with I was impressed with Megan's approach in asking me some very good questions to determine what type of vehicle I was looking for and how I wanted it outfited to meet my needs. We reviewed the different levels the vehicle came in to match which one came closest to what I was looking for in my next vehicle. She quickly came up with a couple of vehicles and told me these were equiped with the options I was looking for. She asked me to wait out front and she would bring one of the vehicles around to show me. She did a good job of explaining the vehicle and focusing on the options that were important to me, and then gave me a chance to take the vehicle out for a test drive. From that point on it was a matter of price to meet a monthly budget I needed. I found Megan to be very knowledgeable and she was able to making the whole buying process simple. I had been shopping around at other car dealerships and decided to go with Carriage Kia because of the level of customer service I received from Megan and her co-workers that I met. I was pleased to see that Megan was more focused on "what was important to me as a customer" in a new vehicle, than just having me try any vehicle on the lot to see what I thought. I will recommend Megan and the Carriage Kia dealership to my friends. Thank you!

I picked up a nail in the side of one of my rear tires. I...

I picked up a nail in the side of one of my rear tires. I brought my Kia to Carriage Kia to check on the price for having it replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the tire I needed was less expensive at Carriage Kia than online quotes from both Walmart and Sears for the same tire. I arrived without an appointment, but the tire was still replaced within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Carriage Kia.

On the first day my father and I came to Carriage Kia in Gainesvile, we were idmediately greeted, after having some questions answered about the Kia Optima, we were also offerered a test drive. After shopping around other dealerships, we decided to come back to Carriage Kia. We were a again greeted by a different salesman, and ultimately made a deal! The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Last year my wife heard about Carriage Kia on the Fish...

Last year my wife heard about Carriage Kia on the Fish radio and we decided to give them a try. We bought a Kia Soul for her and were so pleased with the experience that when it was time for me to get a car we went back. We both really like the ease of the buying process and Orlando was very easy to work with. I will say one more thing that did seal the deal for me and that was you always hear about service after the fact. My wife has had her car for a year now and the service department at Carriage has the most pleasant people and they are really great. I think that is one of the biggest advantage, anybody can treat you good when your buying something but Carriage will take care of you long after the sale is final. Thanks, Billy Jackman.

I called to set up a date/time for my regular service...

I called to set up a date/time for my regular service interval and spoke with Gregg. He was most cordial and got me a time within 2 or 3 work days. In addition to routine service, my right front low-beam head lamp was out. Gregg saw that the service was completed promptly and the a new light harness was installed on the right front (Gregg said there was a short and the entire harness was replaced). All this was done within an hour to 1 1/4 hours and I was on the road again. All the people I interacted with (from a cleaning man, to an employee who helped me with the TV program in the waiting area, the service staff, etc.) were all friendly, very pleasant, and professional in their dealings. I enjoy coming to Gainesville to Carriage KIA for service, as I know I will have the job done right and interact with very professional people. Great Experience (s)!!!!!
