The employees are enjoyable to work with. I did not feel pressured to purchase. I fell in love with the car. They tried their hardest to work with me on the price. And kept on until I was happy! I enjoyed working with this dealership! Overall great all around.

Awesome service! They stand behind the product they sale and make sure you are happy! I love my 2011 Kia Sorento! And on top of great customer service they offered a complimentary car wash when I recently had my Sorento serviced and my car was smiling when we left pollen free! Thank you Carriage Kia!

This was the 9th new car I have ever bought. My experience at Carraige Kia was, by far, the best that I have ever had. It is so refreshing to find a business, and a car dealership at that, to take such pride in customer satisfaction. This didn't end with just the sale. Their follow through with the process is certainly a testament to their commitment to their product and customers.

I am the owner of a 2009 Kia Sorento and have had this dealer complete all of my service work. I have found them to be friendly, prompt and courteous in all dealings with the service staff. The waiting room is very comfortable and clean. The staff explained all charges on the service invoice and answered all questions. I also liked the fact that they kept you informed of the time remaining on service.

My experience at Carriage Kia was excellent to be perfectly honest. I visited another dealership (which will remain nameless) in the Gainesville area and was treated very poorly from the minute I stepped on the lot. This was NOT the case at Carriage Kia! Even though it was a busy day and their people were busy helping all of the customers on the lot, I felt completely welcome and cared for from theget go. I am young and am not the perfect picture of credit, seeing as I just finished grad school, but the team at Carriage Kia worked to get me the best deal possible and I completely believe that they did whatever they could to do so! I would recommend this dealership (and already have) to anyone looking to purchase a new car; not only for the great vehicles, but for the excellent service that they will receive once they arrive. I was very impressed with the time spent showing me vehicles and working through the process of the car loan - everyone's attitude was so respectful and professional. Thank you so much for selling me a car that I love and I look forward to working with you and your service department in the years to come! I couldn't have walked away happier.

Staff is very friendly, and helpful. Kevin Nottingham, went above and beyond what he needed to do to make a sale to me. He took the time to explain some options avaviable to me, and even offered to help me if I needed assistance. Kevin took the time to find a situation, that worked for me. I actually took my daughter up to see Kevin at Carriage Kia, the VERY NEXT DAY!, and she also bought a car, with Kevins help. He is very good at finding the right options, that allow a purchase to work with your individual circumstances. Kevin also, is very helpful to the staff, there was a very nice youg man helping me, however he was new. The "support" Kevin provided him, helped him through the process. It is always nice to see people helping someone else, and not just focused on what is good for them. Thanks Kevin, Thanks Carriage Kia, and all of your staff. I will recomend you again!
