Amazing experience

Mark is always patience and takes the time to answer all of our questions even during our 5th car buying experience from hummels! It is always nice to visit with him and all of the staff. Mark was ready for us for a smooth buying experience and as always we left with a big smile and the confidence they did above and beyond to keeP our business. Very impressed with the organization and service at the dealership. Kevin was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and represented the Nissan brand well. Oil change

good service very friendly a little lengthy on the time, oil changes should all be around 35 to 40 dollars so a little expensive, I think my last one here was 39 dollars

Service work

Very pleased with the service. Air Conditioner works great. Thanks for dealing with the Extended Warrenty company. Also, there was always a slight "ticking" sound when backing up or slowing down to a stop - you guys found this issue and fixed the problem. We are a three vehicle household with all 3 vehicles being Nissan. Maxima, Maurano and the Titan.

Renewed faith in dealership service

This was my first time bringing a vehicle to Hummels, but i was so glad I did. The Nissan dealer in my area had quoted me a frightening price for repairs, so I decided to head to Hummels for a second opinion. They took the time to properly diagnose my car's problem and it eneded up costing less than a quarter of what the other dealership had quoted me. The car is running great and they have renewed my faith in dealership service departments. I was also very impressed with their shuttle service. When it was near the end of his shift, the driver actually called to make sure I had a ride for the evening since I had not called for a return trip. Above and beyond service!

Great experience purchasing new vehicle.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Hummel’s. Each time I have been very pleased with their great customer service and efforts to please the customer. Salesman Chip Giles listened carefully to my needs, and helped me find the right vehicle.

Very helpful on a bad day

I went to the dealer to have the battery in my fob changed. While in the parking lot I backed into another customers car. There was not much damage but the service manager came out and looked it over. We went inside and I gave him my information and told him I still needed my battery changed. They change the battery twice and it wouldn’t work. I was still upset from striking the car And he was very nice and comforting me. Turns out I need a new fob and they took care of it right away.
