Collision Center originally advised car would be fixed Car was originally scheduled to be completed by 5/26. Then delays of a non-disclosed nature. Then fender cracked while they were working on it. Willis does not offer a loaner car, so delays were quite harmful. There is little incentive to buy a new vehicle from Willis Nissan. Makes the trip to Dubuque worthwhile.

Horrible Experience. Had an appointment at 10AM, got there, told me a tech wouldn’t be available until 12 so we left. We came back at 4:30 and no one had looked at the car. No communication, no apology, just told us they were busy and we could come back another time if we like. Ray was our tech and never communicated they were not getting to the car. We spent $100 that day ubering around town. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP

Willis Nissan provides consistent, excellent service, especially for my older Murano. They hire excellent service advisors and mechanics to diagnose and resolve complex engine issues. I especially want to highlight Nile Kretschmer, service advisor. Nile takes the time and has the patience to explain these complex engine issues, with the support of the mechanics, and assists customers to walk through the appropriate resolutions. Everyone has choices to make for car service, I stand by Willis Nissan who knows what customer service is all about!
