I.made an offer on a vehicle told me it was mine when I was to receive it was told it had sold sold me a small.vsr that was in neef of repair same price?I did not like the way things were handled

I came all the way from Chicago to buy 2019 Volvo xc90 , this dealer told me that vehicle passed inspection and has no issues . When I took it for test drive there was big noise from the engine and paint peeling fender of the car Don’t buy the Volvo!!!

I posted the review below titled "Dishonest dealer" and tried to remove it. The dealer called me to explain the situation. The car needed over $9,000 in repairs. While their customer service skills could use some improvement, I don't think they were being dishonest with me after all.

No one ever got back to me I’m starting to think all these car thing’s are just scams no one ever get back with me on any of them lollol waste of time so far

Called ahead to see if they could meet my needs to make a deal. They called back and said they could, and for me to come down. I did and found out that they not only couldn’t meet my payment need, but it was double the payment need I had. My time is valuable to me and I did not want to drive to the dealership, spend my evening to find out it was a waste of time. Also the sales manager was very Arrogant! As if I was stupid and didn’t know how things work. That’s why I called ahead, because I knew how things work!

Adding $5000 (listed under "Discounts and Incentives" hilarioulsly enough) to an already $60k vehicle. Take your money elsewhere. Just another dealer (stealer?) trying to pry more money out of your bank account.
