The best vehicle experience we have ever had.

The best vehicle experience we have ever had. Our salesman Gabe was so easy and fun to work with not to mention his wealth in knowledge of the car business. Personality as big as the sky. A huge shout out to the entire team. Steve Reider, Steve Alywood in finance and Derrick Keller the general manager. Everyone made the experience as pleasant as you could imagine. We highly recommend Victory Hyundai as your place to be if your in the market for a new vehicle. Ron and Gail Deemer.

The Hyundai service department did not fix the very issue

The Hyundai service department did not fix the very issue I took it in to have repaired. This was after Victory bought the dealership and moved it to Austinburg. They did not enter our information correctly into the system. My husband’s middle name was entered instead of his last. They entered his phone number incorrectly. Therefore they could not reach us when the part arrived. When they supposedly fixed it, I had to leave for 5 months with a broken car that I paid to have fixed. Now they will not refund me. They want me to go to another dealer in another state, pay them to fix it and let Victory know what the outcome is. I am saddened that they have destroyed my trust in Hyundai.

Close to perfect.

There's always room for improvement so I guess I would say, " reduce the paperwork." Otherwise, it was an easy transition from the Sonata to the Tuson.

Satisfied

I was pleasantly satisfied with my experience in purchasing my car from Nassief. Jack Morris showed my husband and I a few models that would fit our needs, one of them was the Hyundai Tucson. I did test drive a new Toyota RAV4 as well as the Hyundai, but I liked the way the Hyundai handled better than Toyota’s RAV4. We did run into a few snags during the financing part of the sale, but Sandy Orlando was able to work with us, and for that I am extremely grateful.

treated like part of the family

I have just bought my second car at nassief from Jarrod, He makes sure you understand everything on the car Explains the pricing and breaks it down so it is easy to understand. The service dept. is the best I have ever dealt with, They have a award winning service dept. with Sandy and Don.

Elantra Lease Review

Hyundai provided a great deal on my lease. I love my car and you absolutely cannot beat the price or customer service. Other salesmen I met with at other dealerships were not nearly as helpful or personable as Jared.
