Bought my car a year and a half ago. I just had it there for 2 weeks and they never even looked at the car. The car just went off warranty and needs a motor at only 66,000 miles and ford refuses to help pay anything toward work that's needs to be done. I have had no problems or a warning sign that anything was even wrong. At this mileage the car should not need a motor. I husband went to sales manager and still got no help. I had my car towed to another garage and will never buy a ford nor from fuccillos. Poor management and ford doesn't want to back through product up.

Problem not fixed after 6 visits. Not satisfied... still severe issues GM notified today. I am a very dissatisfied and will take my business elsewhere.

Had a problem with my 2021 Equinox. Called and got in right away. Repair took about 1 hour. Waiting room was empty up until about 15 minutes before I left
