After 3 calls to make sure that the car(s) we were

After 3 calls to make sure that the car(s) we were considering were still available, I arrived one hour after the last call to find out that NONE of them were. I can't stand the bait and switch tactic. I called to make sure you had what I was looking for so I didn't waste your time or mine. I would have appreciated the same in return. There are plenty of other dealerships that were honest about what they had available, I will give them my business even if it means a longer wait on the vehicle I'm looking for.

I drove from Rochester NY to trade in my Leased soul 2020. My salesperson did a great job considered how many other people he was helping. I will always choose Fuccillo no matter where it is. Great job with great respect for what we needed and was provided. 10s all around in all categories.

I initially worked with Brett Kula. My experience could not have been better. They provided the exact model I was looking for at the right price and the entire transaction was nothing but positive. I would definitely work with Fuccillo Kia again. Love my Sportage so much I may get a second one for my wife.
