This dealership was very courteous and kind to me when I set my appointment it was for a month ahead of time and I didn't understand that and they still fit me in on the spot to have my service taken care of. The gentleman at the service desk said it would be an hour and a half start to finish, my vehicle was ready in 45 minutes.

I drove over from Vermont looking to test drive a Palisade . While looking around Dylan Mascari walked up and introduced himself to me. I was so happy he did, what a great person he turned out to be , not only is he polite and knowledgeable , he has a wonderful sense of humor. I really enjoyed the time I spent with him looking over cars, going over paperwork and learning the functions of the car I was test driving. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to do business with , everyone should be lucky enough to work with someone like Dylan.. if I could give him 10 stars I definitely would!

I brought my Santa Fe to fuccillo Hyundai Lincoln of Schenectady because it was going into limp mode. They diagnosed it the next day. It turned out my Santa Fe needed a new engine. They got the parts they needed very quickly. Well working on the vehicle they kept me informed of the progress of the work. All work was done quickly and professionally.
