Called numerous times for updates and never got a call
Called numerous times for updates and never got a call back. Even if it was a 30-second phone call, I would have appreciated a call back. My service advisor happened to be busy every time I called. Although when I was able to get her on their phone she was very polite

Horrible!
Horrible! Brought my car in for an undercarriage rust proof spray due to a Hyundai recall and was discovered by my own mechanics when my car was up on the lift of what a lousy job they did I had four mechanics standing around laughing Hyundai’s are really nothing more than fancy looking junk and this dealership is a joke take a look at their sales staff if you happen to go here looks to me like they’ll hire anybody off the street

The customer service representative’s have been very help
The customer service representative’s have been very help and informative. The last two visits I did not get the multipoint inspection report. I stopped going to a competitor because of this. I expect the report on my next visit.
