Attentive and professional after the initial shock of obnoxious

The staff inside the building were extremely friendly, considerate and professional. Initial impressions however, were not the same. Presumptuous, obnoxious and rude are all words that come to mind and we almost left the lot before even looking at a car. Ultimately, I am glad I stayed for I love my car. After the initial shock of the aggressive behavior, the rest of the experience was very pleasant and I enjoyed working with all the staff associated with the deal.

My experience

Ryen was great to work with, very helpful, very polite, he made me very comfortable never once did I feel like he was getting over on me or trying to take advantage. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Good Experience

Dalton Hunter, our sales rep, did a wonderful job getting us into the right vehicle and he was genuine. He was up front on everything and never came across like he was doing something underhanded as some salespeople do. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant. If your looking for a dealer and an honest salesperson, ask for Dalton, I don't know about any of the other salespeople, but he was great.

Awesome Experience

We thought the whole car buying experience was terrific My anxiety quickly lessened and I started to feel more comfortable. Our salesperson and financial staff took good care of us.

Smooth and effortless

Paul Fiorillo has helped me purchase two cars from Fuccillo Hyundai and each time the car buying experience is smooth and effortless. I couldn't be more pleased with my new Hyundai Tucson, he went above and beyond to help get me in my dream car and I cant be more thankful.
