We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!

We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!

Brett was great to work with and very patient with me as

Brett was great to work with and very patient with me as I wasnt sure whether to go used or new on a Miata. After much research and reviewing used prices I ended up with a new Miata for very little more than a used one. No brainer , new car smell and full warranty thanks to Brett and Luther Mazda.

If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star

If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. I am incredibly glad we made our first stop at this dealership before going anywhere else. Thank you!

Came to compare a used car on your lot to another at a

Came to compare a used car on your lot to another at a different dealer with the plan to buy one of them. When we started talking about price, he said, "We really only have a couple hundred dollars to deal with on used cars." Told him that we had just looked at the same car from another dealer (just different outside color) for over $2,000 less and they would deduct the dealer admin fee. His response was, "We can't compete with that." The attitude that came cross from John was that he thought we were making it up and he just really didn't even care. Wouldn't purchase at Luther Mazda now even if they lowered the price. If you want me to spend $40,000 or more at your dealership, you should act as if you care - whether we can agree on a price or not - and we did NOT get that impression. No recommendations for people to go to Luther Mazda from us.

I would like to thank everyone that helped and put up with us . We did several test drives to make sure we got the right vehicles for us . At one time we had 4 people working with us, definitely satisfied with our selection of vehicles and the sales team. Thank you all .

New Mazda CX-90 was purchased at this dealer, Luther Mazda of Lee's Summit. The dealership and our Product Specialist Shay were great. They understood what we were seeking, understood the 6 SUVs we were evaluating and knew how the CX-90 stood up on features, technology and performance. Further, they were very accommodating with our questions and 4 test drives of different CX-90 models. Last, they located the Mazda we sought and were able to get it quickly. Great Service department

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.
