Horrible service. I scheduled the vehicle for an 8:15 am appt on 05/15/20. Is 4 pm and I still waiting for it.

This was, by far, the worst experience in a car dealer...

This was, by far, the worst experience in a car dealer that I have ever had. They leased me a car, the salesman (Adam) was very nice, the negotiation was ok, I have a great credit score and all was good to go. I paid my downpayment and signed all the paperwork. However, as I'm waiting for my GreenCard to arrive (I was married to a US citizen since +3 years ago) and suffering a delay from USCIS with this process, their partner-bank would not accept me as a customer. Not even when I showed them all the documentation as a proof of my legal status, they accepted me. The manager told me that my American husband would have to co-sign. So I accepted (even though this is MY car and I'm the one who is going to pay for it, but I understand). But when we went the following day (this was a 3 day process) so he could sign too, they told us that, even if he co-signed, I could still not proof my citizenship or permanent residency and there was nothing that they could do for us. They kicked me out even though I could pay for that car and I am a legal immigrant. They didn't even say goodbye, just disappeared after delivering the bad news. It was humiliating. I will never, ever, go back to Lehman.

Luis from Lehman Subaru was very honest and straightforward. It’s why we decided to go with Lehman. We kept getting a dishonest vibe from other dealers we tried. We’re very happy with the customer service we received from Luis and everyone from Lehman Subaru.

Terrible , I got lied to and manipulated to make an hour...

Terrible , I got lied to and manipulated to make an hour and a half long drive for a deal that wasn’t going to happen regardless. They lie in order to get you in to the store, the “on duty” manager Carol even told me that the “sales” woman lied to me just to get me in . It’s beyond unprofessional and it’s just disgusting. They’re all a joke. Especially since I already got a car through them two years ago but those greedy bottom feeders always want more. I then as for a GM but they lie about the name and basically never found one. It’s sad.

DISHONEST! BEWARE!!

Oh Lehman, you really are such LAME MEN! Reallly? I wasted so much time with these schiesters! Dealt with 3 different people. They quoted a price through email and when I arrived at the dealership ready to purchase a factory built vehicle they did a bait and switch and tried to get me to sign a 3 page purchase contract on a completely different vehicle with 35 miles on it and a vin number-all of this misinformation typed into the contract! It was so ridiculous! When i asked about it they brought out their mechanic who told me “it was just the way they did business to get the factory order processed.”. It was such a laughably stupid answer.. I told them i was not going to sign it. When i confronted the sales manager about the misinformation on the contract he rudely told me he didnt want to do business with me and to leave. Rather than try to preserve the relationship and save the sale he walked quickly away like a petulant child, which indicated to me that my instincts were right about their complete lack of integrity from the very beginning .What a shame... Save your time and energy and go elsewhere for a Subaru.

Awful service

Worst service on the strip - when we told the manager about the bad experience we had had with his salesperson he said he was not interested in our business and to leave - and literally kicked us out

I got what I wanted great service amazing car!

I went 2 weeks ago to change my 2017 wrx oil and check the car with Jason like always and I talked to him to see if I can change my car to a 2019 wrx. So he introduced me to Fikret an amazing person and vendor. He spend every second making sure I was pleased with the car that I wanted. He show me all the models and the pro and cons of getting them. Fikret wanted me to be sure that I got what I wanted. And thanks to him I have what I always wanted STi. Now I drive an amazing car thanks to Jason and Fikret. However everyone in Lehman Subaru is amazing everyone is very nice and supportive. Thank you all

Patience ...

It took a while but we were finally able to make a deal i felt comfortable with. There was A LOT A of back and forth and because of that i dealt with them mostly online (obviously I had test driven the vehicle I wanted). I think from now on, that's how I'll conduct my purchases, rather than having to be stuck at a dealership for hours and having them pressure you (and they will).
