This is a great place to buy a new volks wagon. From the sales representative, to the sales manager, to the financial department all were easy to work with. They gave us what we wanted for our car. We will defently come back.

There was a 3 hr wait for me to get my car back due to difficulty with the recall. But the service people were nice enough to give me up dates on what was going on with the car while it was being serviced. Everyone I have encountered there when ainbring my car in to be serviced is always so nice.

Great customer service with making the experience very easy. My sales person Bryer was informative and made sure all of my questions was answered and I was familiar with all of the vehicles fetures. The general manager Craig made sure everything was great and i was satisfied with my experience. Finance went smooth with everything being well explained by Scott. Had detail work done on my Beattle. The tech assisting me and the Service Manager kept me apprised of the time frame and the projected time to pick up my car. The Tech scheduling my detail even took time to 'twik' a couple of areas on the car because he wasn't total pleased with the final product. GREAT PLACE and attention to work and customer care.

We drove down from Tulsa to purchase a vehicle. One because they had the vehicle we were looking for but also because true dealership was so easy to work with. Had everything lined out when we got there. Walked in, did a test drive, did the paperwork and was heading back home quick. Would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

We have been using Volkswagen of Edmond since I bought my Tiguan. The people there care for you not just car. They want to get everything right the first time, which that is the way it should be. I talked with the manager and she got me in the next day. Didn't have to worry about my car from AAA or them or where it was picked up at. Recall sevice on Beetle computer . Parts department ordered a reflector for the Drivers side . Since living quite a distance from Edmond Voltswagon the part will be sent to my address . Service employees very nice .

The volkswagon service team did a great job on my vehicle! They even stayed in my budget. I was very impressed. The lobby was clean and there was a fabulous coffee machine that made custom drinks as well!
