About the outcome
my end result was amazing. I was treated and satisfied up front. Throughout the process I got worried. I was not receiving the discussed call backs and no part was fixing the issue. The repair took 7 weeks and I had a courtesy vehicle for the last 5 weeks of that. When it came time to get my car back it was running great, full tank of gas, spotless and 90% of the cost was covered by VW. The end satisfied the process.

Service to replace visor clip
Service was fine. Nothing outstanding but nothing detrimental either. Visor clip was replaced with a stronger one and covered by the warranty. Apparently our car was also supposed to receive a complementary wash/detail?? All I know is that it was on a detailed list of services but did not happen. Honestly as long as the service it was brought in for was done I'm fine.

Great buying experience.
Friendly, pressure-free environment. Very easy to work with. Aaron knew the car specs and operational details thoroughly. I came to the dealership several times to look and test drive and never once received a hard sell pitch. Very accommodating. This was the first all-new car I’ve purchased in over 20 years — so I was a little apprehensive. They helped make it easy.

Find someplace else!
They had my car for 2 months. I got it back whatever they did it screwed up my heater. The service manager gave me his card told me to call him if I have any further issues. I called him 3 times over a 2 day period still couldn’t get ahold of him. I know I’m not the only customer they deal with but I would appreciate someone keeping to their word or maybe at least return my call.

Great service
Staff is great and they really want to help you. It took a little longer than expected to fix my vehicle. The main issue that i have with this service department is that the first time I tried to order the part they forgot to order the part. I waited 3 weeks and they never called. I call them and asked them about the part and they ordered it for me but they never call me to let me know it had arrived. I waited another 3 weeks and i called them again to find out that the part had arrived a little while ago. The people at the service department is extremely polite and they really want to help you. They just need to do a little better on communication with the costumers
