We got a 2018 Outback. We like even more than our 2013 we had. Sandy got us through the process with ease.

Manny Flores is the man to see at Nate Wade, if you want to get the most experienced and customer service oriented person at Nate Wade. Really, the whole place is dedicated, and you feel it when you walk in. When you decide on your car, they make is super-easy to drive it home without hassle! The deal is the best! Low-stress, high-value experience. Nick Poulos is the Greek God of Finance, and makes the paperwork part purely entertaining, while getting it done right. No boring contract explanations-just fun stuff. You walk out of there with a good feeling, like it was your money well-spent on a great car, and at a great dealership.

Very poor service experience

Went the with intentions of buying a brand new sti but found a deal on a slightly used one I couldn?t pass up but I wish I would?ve. The amp for the stereo didn?t work so they had to order me a new one 3 days then their tech couldn?t get the bracket off so they had to order the bracket another two days. For being ?the number one parts dealer in all of Utah? they don?t seem to have parts in stock and they will never see my business again.

My husband and I had gone to multiple dealers in the past year and always left very unhappy,frustrated and without a car. Our experience at Nate Wade Subaru was the total opposite!! We left extremely happy and satisfied in our new Subaru!! All thanks to Rob Patterson and Nick Poulos!! They were friendly, funny, respectful, understanding and extremely helpful !! They definitely care!!
