Finance department is deceptive.

Finance department is deceptive. When I bought the car he told me he would throw in a bunch of stuff free with the car like the paint protection and I just had to make an appointment and they would take care of me. Went to look at my paperwork and saw that I actually paid 2.8k for the exterior and interior protection. Typical shady dealership tactics should’ve been more careful. Overall wouldn’t recommend this dealership. Take your business somewhere else. Customer service is a joke.

I had inquired about a new Durango SRT and received a call from a salesman named Basil. Basil was friendly and helpful and I let him know what my buying criteria were. I filled out a credit application and started the process, but things got complicated when David Black (manager) got involved. They made me feel like I was asking for the moon and the stars after asking them to close a 5k difference on the deal. They’d offered me less than 5k for a 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS with 80k and I felt that there was still more they could do. I told them if it couldn’t be done it wasn’t a big deal and I wasn’t trying to be unrealistic. David and another manager at Ourisman came back with what appeared to be their best offer at $8500 for my trade and final financing offers with the Durango at MSRP. In the meantime, I started looking elsewhere for a comparable truck and luckily found an almost identical Durango at Len Stoler in Westminster MD. I started the same process with Chuck and Diane there. They matched or beat everything that Ourisman offered and never pressurized the offer. Meanwhile I’m getting texts and calls from Noah and Basil that I need to make a decision about the truck because they have another buyer “getting close”. Jokes on them as I’m sitting at Len Stoler filling out paperwork on a perfect truck and saving 10k. Bottom line is Ourisman ended up offering me more than I had originally asked for but they made it so painful that I went elsewhere. Now they’ll have a 110k Durango sitting on their lot for another 30 days or more - too bad - They missed out on an opportunity to sell a car but got greedy.

Working with Rick Beltran was a fantastic experience!

Working with Rick Beltran was a fantastic experience! His friendly and professional approach made the entire process enjoyable. He skillfully worked to get me a great deal without any hassle. I was able to walk out driving a new car because Rick offered to drive mine 30 min away. I highly recommend him for anyone in search of a trustworthy and customer-focused Leasing and Sales Consultant.

Allowing a customer who indicated he is there to buy two

Allowing a customer who indicated he is there to buy two cars to walkout is a mortal sin. Jacking up the vehicles price by Seven thousand dollars just to show me that you are giving me a 7K discount over the asking price is stupid. If you advertise the car for 32k and at closing you are showing me that the actual price was 39k so you cannot go down on your price is taking your customers for fools.

Held Hostage.

Held Hostage. Do not let them have your keys to evaluate trade in. If you do not like the deal and say no. When you request your keys they will constantly send other managers to see what they can do to make the deal go through. They will not let you have your car back. Than when you have had enough and you blow up. They know where the car is. They tell you off. I asked for car keys 8 times from 4 people. Bad way to do business. This dealership should does not deserve purchasers business. You’ll have issues

Auto4life extended warranty scam

Was Lustine and then changed to Ourisman. I have a Auto4life lifetime warranty contract if I take my Jeep to the dealer for all services. This was done and when I took my vehicle for a warranty item - they said they don't honor the contact now that it is Ourisman. The contract doesn't say anything about who owns the dealer to honor the contract. I tried to address with the service manager and they are pointing the fingers and not helping.

TL;DR: My experience with Ourisman of Woodbridge has been a nightmare. Communication was great until I paid, then they became unresponsive. The car had multiple issues, including the ABS light coming on and a battery undersized for the vehicle. Service was frustrating, with long waits and out-of-stock parts leaving me with expired tags. The executive manager, Nino, blocked my emails instead of addressing my concerns. I caution potential buyers to research thoroughly before trusting this dealership. Full review: I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the car I recently purchased from Ourisman of Woodbridge. The entire experience, from the initial purchase to the after-sales service, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their communication will be great until you sign that check, then good luck getting them to respond. Right after driving the car off the lot, the ABS light came on. But that was just the beginning of a series of problems. Less than two weeks later, the car failed to start, leaving me stranded and requiring the car to be towed. It turned out the battery, was undersized for the vehicle, which should have been caught in their “detailed inspection”. The service experience at the dealership has been equally disappointing. When I brought the car in for repairs and clearly communicated the issues beforehand, I wasted nearly six hours waiting, only to be told that the required part was out of stock. I wish they would have told me in advance since I live two hours away and could have just went home. To add insult to injury, I have been informed that the necessary part will take over a month to arrive. After telling them I wanted this car bought back and I didn’t trust what else would be wrong with it. The part was magically in and my car was ready for pick up. They also wouldn’t provide me with an offer (can’t wait to find out why they didn’t want to pawn the car off on someone else). With all these issues I couldn’t get my car inspected in Maryland so now I’ll have expired tags until I’m able to get into a shop for an inspection. After reaching out to the team, with my concerns their executive manager Nino choose to just block my email instead of responding. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential buyers considering a purchase from them. I urge you to thoroughly research and reconsider before entrusting them with your hard-earned money.

Mr. Dvorkin This is the first time I am hearing about an issue with your vehicle and I have never blocked you or any other customers emails in my 18-year career. My direct line is 703-492-3644 and my email is nino.sita@ourisman.com I just checked with my GM Matt Lepage and you tried to copy me on the email but had my incorrect email address when you copied me on the initial email You emailed nino.sitO@ourisman.com - my last name is Sita, not Sito - the A instead of the O Please let me know what my team and I can do to assist you and you. Thank you, Nino Sita Executive Manager

Consumer response

Sorry we couldn't be in contact sooner, I pulled your email from your site. I guess somehow copy and past changed a letter.

Consumer response

To add to the frustration the car needed $1200 in repairs to pass Maryland's State Inspection. Repairs that should have been caught during one of the many supposed inspections you perform. After all that's happened I can only assume your team knew of them and would rather pawn off this lemon than correct them before the sale.

Don't Get Screwed Too

Garbage is an understatement. I wanted to buy a GMC 2500HD from them. They told me the truck was "perfect" and they were going to put new tires on it. Put a deposit on the truck and then they said they won't put new tires on because they have another 1,000 miles to go. Whatever. Then before I went to pick it up, they texted me that the driver door was broken and they can't sell to me anymore & already refunded my deposit. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy the truck with no knowledge of anything. You're going to get screwed. I worked with Zeshan unfortunately.
