First of all, I am someone who NEVER leaves reviews. However, this absolute joke of a dealership deserves worst ratings than they have. Service was fine while you’re buying the vehicle and they’re trying to shmooze you. Once you drive the vehicle off the lot they don’t care at all. They’ll bombard you with cheesey emails and texts about being in the “lustine family” only to give you the run around when you actually need assistance. Bought a truck in early May and was told the license plates would be delivered to my address within 15-20 days. Here we are 7 weeks later and I am finally being “promised” my plates will arrive tomorrow after over a month of pestering the dealership to give me a straight answer. After our phone call this morning employees laughed at my aggrevation before hanging up. My temporary tags are long expired and no one at the dealership bothered to provide new ones when asked. I’ve been given the run around over the phone and in person since I bought the truck. This dealership is an absolute clownshow. I’ve had far better customer service from small mom and pop dealerships in the middle of nowhere. Don’t even bother with this dealership unless you want to be aggrevated for over a month, talk to countless people giving you BS responses, and for them to laugh at you.
