Edmunds.com put me in contact with Chez Gebhart, New Car Internet Manager, at Wilde Lexus. Chez promptly responded to my inquiry with availability information on the exact RX350 color combination and options I had requested. He also offered immediate availability of several similar RX350's. Upon learning that we would wait the three weeks for our exact request, he provided us a firm price, in detail, with an email. During the three weeks he provided us the VIN in advance and also reconfirmed the exact delivery date. He answered all of our questions very promptly. He was friendly, patient, professional and likeable. The whole transaction was hassle-free and very efficient. In 50 years of car buying, this was by far the best car buying experience. I would strongly recommend Wilde Lexus, and especially Chez Gebhart.
