I had an excellent experience working with salesman Tom...

I had an excellent experience working with salesman Tom McOmber. His knowledge of Lexus and competitors' products is thorough, so he could explain the various advantages that a specific Lexus model offers. He is extremely courteous; never too pushy or aggressive. He was willing to spend as much time as needed to ensure that I was comfortable with my understanding of the vehicle and of the leasing process. He discussed all of the available inventory to make sure that I found exactly the car and options that I wanted. And he clearly stated the terms of the sale--i.e. price, length of lease, etc.--so that there would be no surprises at delivery. At delivery, Tom orchestrated the process with the Finance Manager and delivery specialist so that my car was waiting for me when I arrived. It was immaculately clean and fully gassed up. As Tom guided me through the delivery steps, he made sure that any questions that I had were answered completely. Then he spent a good deal of time in the car with me, explaining all the features and setting up the customized features, such as the navigation system "home", preset radio stations, and driver seat/steering wheel/side mirrors positions. I drove off the lot confident that I knew how to operate my new Lexus. Everyone at Wilde Lexus was friendly, accessible, and able to answer any question that I had. But Tom was exceptional in making me feel so comfortable and well cared for throughout the process.

Very knowledgeable staff on service, car features, and the available cars and options, and very helpful in making the purchase as easy as possible. The facilities were clean and friendly with refreshments and snacks. An extremely nice location and a pleasure to due business at this location.

Daryl Williams is hands down the best car salesman we...

Daryl Williams is hands down the best car salesman we ever worked with and would recommend to anyone interested in a Lexus. We were thinking of many other different mac-daddy sedans but, we picked this Lexus 460LS due to the level of service provided by Daryl. Definitly 5 stars service and honestly. I would have given a 6 if I could have.....I'm just sayin'!

I went into Lexus to test drive the new Lexus IS 250...

I went into Lexus to test drive the new Lexus IS 250 after my car was totaled. Immediately fell in love with the car and didn't even bother test driving any others! Kenny Clark helped me through the whole process and made it the most pleasurable car buying experience I've had so far. I'll definitely be staying with the Lexus family for my future needs. Thank you!!! Everyone at Lexus was extremely helpful and never once did I feel pressured over anything.

Daryl Williams, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and personable. He took his time with us and helped us decide which model was the best for us. We test drove the vehicles and we were very impressed. We hope to deal with him in the future. We have used your service department in the past and we were very pleased with the result.

I had an excellent experience buying my Lexus. Adrian Cristea and Frank Justin were a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them. I recently purchased a Maserati from Wilde and the experience was not good. The sales man and the sales manager were difficult to work with and did not follow up on any requests. I would love the opportunity to tell my story with someone that overseas the Maserati dealership as it was totally unacceptable. The only bright spot was Maserati service. They have been great.
