Great experience with salesperson but I think it's...

Great experience with salesperson but I think it's terrible that this dealership has a policy that it doesn't fill the newly sold vehicle with gas. After purchasing an almost $50K vehicle, this left a very bad image of the dealership.

Craig was very helpful in searching four our new car....

Craig was very helpful in searching four our new car. This is the first SUV for our famly and my wife was hesitatn to break out of her pattern of buying sedans. Craig answered all of her questions and made her feel comfortable in the new Jeep Cherokee. During our visit Craig was very kind in using all of his tools to find the right Jeep in inventory without making us walk around the lot which would have been plesant in May but not February. I look forward to working with Craig in the future.

Chad took are phone call and guided us through the lease process and got us a mini can we were more than happy with I look forward to coming back to renew my lease in a few years. Excellent customer service!!

tom was a great salesman to work with. never pushy, very descriptive of the car i wanted to look at, tried to haggle the price down to where i wanted (unfortunately it was a little higher than i wanted but still satisfied) very genuine guy. would definitely recommend tom and chrysler jeep dodge ram naperville dealer to anyone looking for friendly great service and a new car. thanks again tom we appreciate all of the help!
