Friendly, attentive service, great car

+++Chris Olson initially got back with us. He followed up with a personal text and setting up our car we wanted. At that point, +++Tony Johnson was our guy. He was at ease, down to earth, honest, and not at any time did I feel he was trying to overly sell the product. - The e-price is listed on the website. There is no different price when you go in. That was truly a miss and had us thinking about the buying of the car initially, especially since not every dealer does this- Toyota for example, does not put special e-price. Lots of dealers do the e-price/not really scenario, so just don't be disappointed. +++From sales rep of Tony, to initial meeting with Chris, to finance with Dan, my wife and I had one of the most pleasant experiences with this dealership. Tony is the type of guy you don't dread going to see at a dealership. Yes, it is a business, but he knew how to balance. Chris' followups (so quick and at any time) got us to go- small things like that put us in a car by 5 on Saturday. Overall, pumped about the car, the experience, and I would go there again in the future.

Amazing

Would like to thank Jim Ski Szatkowski for the helping with my vehicle purchase. He magmde me feel welcomed and comfortable and I would recommend him and naperville Chrysler to my family and friends thank you again Ski.

Good experience in Naperville

I went to this dealer by mistake and Ski was so friendly. After he offered his help. He showed me so many options. I definitely recommend this place and Jim Szatkowski as salesman. I chose a Jeep Renegade and do not regret it at all.

Chris Olson makes it painless to buy a car

I traded in my 2016 Jeep Renegade for a 2017 Program Renegade. Chris Olson made it a fast no pain purchase. When I spoke to Chris initially I told him I was looking at other dealers and he warned me of the tricks to look for (he was spot on). He made every bit of the purchase comfortable down to helping me switch over to the new car. I would go back and buy all my next cars from him!

Are they really Car Salesmen?

From the moment I hit send on an email, inquiring about a Jeep Renegade, all the way until I drove off with my dream vehicle, I never once had the feeling that these gentlemen were salesmen. At no time was there any pressure to purchase anything that I wasn't interested in. It was presented to me, and the choice was mine alone. When it came to financing, I never felt more comfortable committing to a large sum of money, as all terms and conditions were laid out before pen was put to paper.

Best of Naperville dealers

I highly recommend this dealership! I went in twice for my purchase and each time was greeted by all of the staff, my dealer didn’t skip any details and was very straightforward, and they definitely took the nerves out of my first car leasing experience.

Good Experience.

All went well. I was in and out in a hour with the car I wanted. They worked with me and got me to a price I was able to afford and a car I like.

Awful dealership management and service

This is simply the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. Service department is the worst. No call backs, say they are going to fix items on a list and they don't. Process to drop off car and pick up car takes for ever. Just called for service because car is stuck in 4x4 and this dealer can't take my car for 3 weeks! Ridiculous! I now have to rent a car for this time costing me nearly $1000....it's just wrong. I will never buy a Jeep product ever again mainly because of this dealership management not to mention the numerous recalls we've had on this 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Bought the car brand new from this dealership and since my purchase we have NEVER had a good experience. My advice....avoid this dealership at all costs! Furthermore avoid any Jeep or dodge products.

Smooth and good car buying experience

We were greeted right away by Ski. He was very informative and helpful with helping us choose which model Grand Cherokee was right for us. We really enjoyed our car buying experience with him. Would definitely come back for our next purchase!

Fantastic and quick sales process

We worked with Ski to purchase our new Chrysler Pacifica. He very thoroughly showed us all of the features of the vehicle and explained the differences between the models without being pushy or trying to force us into a sale. We took the information home and reviewed our options and prices and decided on our purchase a few days later. Ski was able to see us that evening and had the car we were interested in sitting out front, washed & cleaned. We test drove it and made the purchase that evening, within a 2 hour timeframe. The staff even stayed a half hour after closing just to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership again.
