We first came to you guys a little over 2 years ago, with almost no hope but as a last resort, trying to find a car. Ours just broke down, we had a baby that we were not comfortable transporting in my husbands rugged up Jeep and needing a car for me to get to school. Due to some circumstances we both recently had credit issues, so we didn't think we could get anything. Especially because the sales person we were working with, wasn't very helpful. But your other guys did what they could and we ended up getting approved through credit acceptance and walked out with exactly the car I wanted, a Jeep Cherokee. And now a little over 2 years later we decided to explorer our options and see it we could get something a little newer. We weren't pressed to buy, just seeing what was possible and I was dead set on another SUV. Brad was the one that help us and granted, he didn't have much to work with, with me being dead set on a certain car in a certain payment range (my husband is a little more open minded there). Long story short, Brad got the SUV/Truck girl to test drive a Ford Fusion. And who would've thought that I would end up liking it! I never thought we could afford that car and thought several times that this man was completely out of his mind, but he worked hard with us. Chad also ran some numbers and worked some magic and pulled some strings. Rex got involved with some help and suggestions (he sold my father in law his new mustang a couple days prior!) and they actually ended up getting us off Credit Acceptance and into a regular loan with way better interest! I couldn't believe it! And not just that, they got us a car I liked, that I never ever ever thought we could get. I looked at it in your lot and on your website, never once thinking we would drive that car home. I just didn't think we were there yet, credit wise or anything. We wanted something newer, a pretty much brand new car was beyond what we even thought about. So now the SUV girl is the proud owner of a bright red Ford Fusion sport! :) Brad is absolutely amazing! He is one of the nicest, kindest people I've ever met and he's an amazing sales person (believe me, if he convinced me to get a "regular" car, he's good!) Not just that Brad, Rex, Chad, Willy and Kenny all stayed way beyond their scheduled off time to finish the deal so we could drive home with our new car. And all of them helped entertain our 2 year old son, they were absolutely amazing with him! Brad took him to help put the license plates on our car and showed him stuff on the computer and then Kenny entertained him for a little bit when he finished detailing our car so we could finish our paperwork. Even Willy took him into his office and put that boy to work ;) So I just wanted to give some special thanks. To Brad, for being patient, helpful and determined and our sons new best buddy. You made this experience a pleasant one! To Rex, for making my father in law happy with his new Mustang and jumping in and helping out. To Chad, for being awesome as usual and working his magic to get us a loan and rate we were comfortable with. To Kenny, for just being sweet and nice, staying late to get our car ready and helping with our son. To Michael, for helping me figure out how to use all the space ship buttons and patiently showing me the awesome features (I can talk to my car! My mind is blown!) Michael was very knowlegdable in the area of what i needed help with on my car. i came in to get my phone sycned through my car's bluetooth. So we had to change the phone i set it up with to my new one. we ran a history report on the car. and he even showed me something new, that i could play my music on my phonewith hooking up my aux cord. nicole.

The Keslings
Our recent experience with Middletown Ford is certainly worth sharing. We had a unique situation. My husband, albeit his past credit was extremely good, he hadn't utilized credit for seven years.This rendered him with no credit score! I knew this would be a challenge for him, so I used my car as a trade in to help get a truck for him and re-establish credit without a co-signer. Our salesman was Darco Murphy and finance person was Chad. These guys were determined to help get a deal through for my husband. To my gratitude and surprise, they were successful. We now have a gorgeous truck that gets lots of attention. I loved these guys and the way they were down to earth. If you want to be treated as a real person, go see the staff of Middletown Ford. They definitely won me over as a lifetime customer. Kudos to Darco, Chad, and Middletown Ford!

Above and beyond
My friend and I have been having some unfortunate luck lately and we had just gotten her car back from being repaired from an accident. The car was in the shop in Dayton for about three weeks and on the way home, we stopped at a local bank. When we returned to the car, it would not start but there were some friendly people there that gave us a jump start. We drove to the nearest auto parts store to have the battery tested and they said that the battery was testing like there was a bad cell in it and he asked what year the vehicle was. When we told him, he said that the car should still be warranted and that the battery should be covered. We tried to call the Ford dealer in Lebanon but they were closed so I called the Middletown dealer. They told us that the service department would be closed in 10 minutes and we were 15 minutes away. As we were on our way home, we went by the Middletown dealer and I decided to stop because there were a lot of people around the building and inside. I went to the service area where I spoke to Mike. He was very concerned with our situation and asked me if I would pull the vehicle inside so that he could take a look at it. When I pulled inside, Mike and a service tech were waiting for us. They ran a quick check on the battery and said that it showed on the monitor that the battery was no good but they would have to run a 2 hour or so check on Monday to be sure. At this time, it was well after hours and they didnt seem to mind but was concerened about us, the customer. They installed a new battery and asked us to pay for it and when the official check was completed on Monday, they would reimburse us if it showed that the battery was bad. The battery did check out as to being bad and they did reimburse us the money. I have been to this service department with other manufactured vehicles other that Fords before and they always seem to fix any problem that I have had and the rates were far less than I had been worried about paying because it is a Dealer. I am very happy and want to thank your service department for going out of their way and staying over to help us out. Mike and the service tech saved us a lot of trouble and I appreciate this!

Great buying experience!!!
I would like to thank Dawn Kelly and Mike Duffy for their patience. Due to unplanned circumstances, it took us a while to get the payment through the auditors office. Once payment was made, they stepped up and got us in and out in a timely manner. The coroners office is very pleased with the vehicles and we look forward to doing business with Middletown Ford in the future.

Not your typical Dealership
I have never had an experience like Middletown Ford. The service department is very friendly, professional and tries to save you any money they possibly can. I have had nightmares at other dealerships, but Middletown Ford has restored my faith. They get you scheduled, check out your car completely and perform the service in a top notch manner. Grace in the service department has always taken care of my vehicle and I highly reccomend her. Grace is very polite, sweet, and always professional. I will keep taking my vehicles back to Middletown Ford in the future. Great Job!!!

We had a great experience finding and getting what we were looking for. Everyone that works at Middletown Ford are very nice especially our sales man Darco. Everyone worked really hard to make sure we got what we wanted at the price we wanted. I will definitely go back there when I'm ready to trade my expedition in.

Dawn Kelley best car sales woman ever
I just bought my new scion TC from her at middletown ford. She was awesome as far as keeping me updated on everything like when the car was coming in etc. very friendly person felt at home. I would recommend going to middletown ford and ask for dawn
