Terrible Experience - Do Not Trust This Dealership I had an awful experience with this dealership. They promised me a specific car, but instead of delivering on their promise, they ran my credit without my consent and then ghosted me for weeks. I repeatedly tried to get in touch, but no one responded or provided any updates. The salesperson I dealt with, Jesus Castro, was incredibly unprofessional. He told me he would call me back in 15 minutes with information, but he never called me back—not even to this day. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the car was no longer on their website, meaning they sold it to someone else without informing me. This dealership’s customer service is absolutely horrible, and their lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. If you’re considering doing business here, beware of broken promises, unauthorized credit checks, and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I strongly advise you to avoid this dealership and save yourself the hassle. I genuinely hope that one day the police will look into their practices. 1. The online prices are misleading; they will add an additional $6,000 to the quoted price once you arrive, leaving you feeling deceived when you question the sudden increase. 2. The level of unprofessionalism is alarming. During my experience, I felt like I was in the middle of a gang operation. I almost called 911 because they refused to refund my money after I waited over two hours for it to be returned via Zelle. I felt unsafe surrounded by these dishonest and incompetent dealers who lacked basic courtesy. 3. I have visited many dealerships in my lifetime, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. You will spend a long time waiting—not because they are selling lots of cars, but because they engage in endless arguments trying to convince you of their terms. Save your time and resources; look elsewhere.

Absolute waste of time, don't even bother... I've contacted them many times trying to get the advertised price (no luck). All prices you see online is just an abstract number. And even with all the fees on top, they don't want to sell you a car - instead they pushing their own finance. Seems like a finance scam artists - I would advice to send few inspectors that way -> Stay away from this place!
