This place feels like the workers run it poorly and there is no upper management involved to make big decisions. The cars are nice, but filthy and from the bad reviews I can tell no one calls the people who shop here to see if they can do anything to help out the situation. This place will tell you the advertised price is wrong unless you do financing where they make their money on the back end.

I made an appointment and I came in to see a 2025 BMW 540 sedan that was advertised for $46,995, on a Friday afternoon. From the moment I got there I felt uncertain. The cars looked like they weren't cleaned in a long time, when they showed the 2025 BMW the car was dirty, even though they knew I was coming. As I examined the car I noticed large scratches on the front right fender and an edge was slightly bent on the bumper as if it had been hit. The rep Jesus said the car had no accidents on the report, even though it was clearly hit. I also noticed the 2 front tires were replaced with cheaper tires, the rear tires were good quality continental tires. I test drove rhe car even though I was starting to lose interest. The cars ran fine, but I would need to have someone check underneath the car to be safe. We went into the office,,Jesus introduced himself as the general manager. I informed him that I wanted to pay full cash for the car and would consider a deal. He then tells me he prefers I do financing which I didn't really need, and then he tells me $46,995 price is just to get customers in the door and the actual price is $48,995 and that he's only making a $1,000 off it. I felt like that was poor salesman ship and poor taste. He refused to negotiate on the $46,995 price, then said the best he can do is $48,000 and insisted I do financing. He later suggested I consider an older car for less money but that wasn't why I was there. No deals on any cars. I texted him for the full price of $48,000 plus tax and fees for my consideration and he never responded to me. Overall I'm sad to say, it wasn't a great experience, and I am shocked he let me walk away without any offers. He also pulled up similar cars on the internet that matched the 2025 BMW 540 that costed more money, I die notice the internet cars that he pulled up had low mileage which made them more expensive. The 2025 had over 25,000 miles in just one year which is really high. Honestly it was terrible experience and it was the first time a car dealer let me walk away with out a decent offer.

Pricing is not transparent; what appears to be a low price is misleading, as you have to add roughly 20% on top of it. I worked with Jesus, who was polite but extremely slow to respond; what was described as 5–10 minutes often turned into hours. I completed a credit application and negotiated a price, only to be told afterward that the car had been sold. The delays from both Jesus and the finance team directly led to this situation and completely wasted my time. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no one was ever available. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

No Stars. The Staff didn't show on time. I live 80 minutes and Showed up early. The added and extra $3500-$4000 to the price shown. Text rode the car had rattling nosie. Sound like an axle or Shocks or Something. Definitely wasn't rotators as they said. Don't want u to use your bank. Rust and counted over twenty scratches. Save your time money 💰and has and mileage

The price that they’re showing isn’t the price, they told me that it was the 33,000 that it’s showing and then when I asked them for the final price all the fees the car came out to $42,000 and they said that they only give you 33 if you put 20% down but that’s what their advertising don’t trust them. Also when I called I had to call at least 20 times it was every time I called. They put me on hold in the car would hang up and Then no one would call me back. Their prices are false advertising
