First, they lied about 90 days before 1st payment....
First, they lied about 90 days before 1st payment. Second, they did not detail the vehicle. They only put tire shine on the tires; no vacuuming or cleaning of any sort. And worst of all they up charged the vehicle by $1000. They blamed the up charge on the financing company. I spoke with them, which they informed me they only finance what the dealership tells them the price of the vehicle. Please be careful with this dealership. Please do your due diligence checking everything they promise and say is accurate. I got swindled and hustled.

Hi, Johnnetta - In regards to the "upcharge of $1,000" - MSRP is the Manufactures Suggested Retail price and as with other retail products, pricing is effected by supply and demand, unfortunately todays automotive market supplies have been greatly affected. All efforts are made to stock as much available inventory as possible with transparent pricing provided. We are confident given the current market prices and environment, you got the best deal on your new Nissan. We will be happy to look over anything with you. If this was miscommunicated in any way or there was a misunderstanding on your end, we take responsibility and apologize. 90 days deferred payment is based on credit worthiness, the vehicle, and the credit union you finance with. We clearly explain this in all advertising disclaimers and at the time of the sale. This offer is in 100% available and achievable, but not every customer may qualify. We apologize about your dissatisfaction with the detail. We would've gladly re-did the job had we been notified before you inspected the vehicle yourself and left in it. We will also gladly detail it if you'd like to stop by. Again we are sorry for your frustration, and we apologize for our part in it. The other factors you speak of simply are determined by the banks and the current market - which we cannot control. First of all, you all were closing at the time of my deal. It was dark outside and at first glance it appeared to look clean but definitely was not. The price that was quoted on Auto Trader showed 21,444, upon the beginning of my arrival the same quote of pricing was reiterate at the welcoming to move forward with interest of the vehicle. i was also given notification of warranties of the vehicle that peaked my interest to move forward with the deal. You all aren't transparent none what so ever. You say untruthful pricing and guarantees to wheel in customers only to swindle and hustle them. If you or anyone else go look at past reviews, you will see that there are other customers that has experienced the same up charge in pricing of purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. I was told my up charge came from the financing company not MSRP price. Lies, lies and nothing but lies.
