Just another dealership that will lie to you before you

Just another dealership that will lie to you before you show up at the door. Did my DD. Knew what car I was looking at and checked the lot. Didn’t see the car so I assumed it was sold. Called them and they told me it was there (already knew it wasn’t) it’s their job to get you in the door but in this case honesty would’ve been nice. Checked the site the next morning and of course the car was gone. For reference I called the day before at 7:30 (dealer closed at 8. By 8am the next day the car was gone. They could’ve just lead with that.

purchased a vehicle in July 2023 from Napleton Chevrolet,

purchased a vehicle in July 2023 from Napleton Chevrolet, was not told the truth about the vehicle, since I was buying on line from KY I should have know better. I was told the car had been serviced but was not it had been driven by a manager many miles and needed serviced again, brakes were worn out and rotors destroyed, they added paint protection and interior protection that I did not ask for and charged 1697.00 for. I did manage to get back that money by contacting Attorney General in ILL. Sold me extended warranty that all I had to pay was 100.00 but found out that was false also. Tried many times calling the dealership but no return calls. Definitely took advantage of out of state buyer like myself, taught me a lesson. People I dealt with are all gone, no one left of with knowledge of my deal.

I was happy with the answered all of my questions, but

I was happy with the answered all of my questions, but I'm unhappy with Chevrolet and General Motors who will sell a car to the people in the Middle East, but they won't sell the same card to born American here in the United States. That's kind of xxxxxxxxx in my opinion,

After receiving email, I caled to set up an appointment.

After receiving email, I caled to set up an appointment. Sara Johnson, anwersed. Her name and telephone number were on the email. I called, set an appointment with her, for 11am, Thursday. I mentioned it was about 4 hr drive for me. Sara anwseres the phones at the dearlership. SHE IS NOT A ALESPERSON. Upon my arrival at 10:55am, she was mot there, and I was told they sold the car the night before. NO PHONE CALL, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE SALE. Before my retirement, I rana small business for 30 yrs. If any of my employess treated potential customer like that, would result in termination. I fully understand you sell the car to the first bidder. But doesn't spending $137,000 on a new vehicle get you a phone call?

Went and test drove a car and was going to buy it.

Went and test drove a car and was going to buy it. They told me they would check base the next day and never did and sold it to someone without even telling me. Very unprofessional in my opinion to not even let me know. I’m not upset they sold the car just that they weren’t even going to let me know. Highly don’t suggest if you want to trade in your car or buy one.

Rocky Sanchez is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, making purchasing my vehicle very easy. I explained what I was looking for, and he helped me narrow down my options. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to visit Rocky at Napelton Chevrolet in St. Charles Illinois. Absolutely an amazing experience and team, Thanks Rocky! The finance team made my dream of a new vehicle happen thank you to the financing team. Amazing work. Thank you Chris Behlke for making the contract signing easy and quick. I will return to Napelton Chevrolet in St Charles Illinos for all my vehicle purchases.

Jared was extremely unprofessional.

Jared was extremely unprofessional. Will never be coming back here. The finance manager wasn’t the greatest either. Visiting this establishment left me so uncomfortable and discouraged in my car buying search

My entire experience at this dealership was just overall

My entire experience at this dealership was just overall very distasteful. The employees are not the friendly individuals they need to be for this line of business. I expect better customer service when trying to buy a car. It’s not a place I’d like to revisit.
