We were greeted by Mike D. and he was just the salesman we needed! He was super knowledgeable on the vehicle I was purchasing and made sure I knew all of my vehicles' features and how to operate them. He was very patient with questions through the whole process. His friendly, outgoing personality made him a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Napleton Chevrolet and specifically Michael De Paolo!

Gave them opportunity to clean my car 4 times before leaving dealership and they failed to be successful. They also lied to me saying it is not a common issue for Chevy trailblazers to have ApplePay connection issues cause day 2 of me owning the car, I had connection issues

I have been at a lot of dealerships and have never been treated so well. I live in Rockford and left that dealership because we got ignored and left standing there. We drove out to St. Charles about a hour away to check out what they had. Met Rocky, was pleased the way he treated me and got a Blazer EV. We are very pleased with the car. I will drive back to have the service done on it. Thank you Napleton for still treating people like people.
