I've been coming here for years and really trust the
I've been coming here for years and really trust the mechanics to keep me safe in my vehicle. However this time I felt very taken advantage of with the amount of work recommended. The service attendant knew I wanted to speak to someone in sales to find the value of my car. However since I approved services on my car first she didn't show me the courtesy to pause service to talk with the sales rep. She went ahead with the services and by the time I spoke with the sales rep to learn my car was worth less than my repair, many services were already completed.

Very friendly sales staff (Adam) and sales manager.
Very friendly sales staff (Adam) and sales manager. Finance/Extended Warranty sales pitch was an "interactive video" slog and very pushy/incredulous that we wouldn't want extended warranty/service plans! The guy doing it was nice enough, but we had to turn it down multiple times and refuse to press buttons on a screen until it represented what we wanted. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.

They crew did a good job, I had auto zone do a computer
They crew did a good job, I had auto zone do a computer survey of the engine trouble light. It came up as a fuel injector. After they had located the issue they had to wait for the parts. They gave a loaner until it was ready later that day. All in all a good day. Covered under warranty.
