Service department did what I wanted to have done, on

Service department did what I wanted to have done, on time and friendly. The sales department was also recommendable. I can't say much else about them because my car has been working so well that I haven't needed to go back there for anything else.

From start to finish the process was nothing but professional. They walked us through everything with no hesitations. The sales representative Eddie was confident and knowledgeable about all the material and if he didn't know an answer he wasn't to proud to ask for help.

I was told my car would not pass inspection as the brakes

I was told my car would not pass inspection as the brakes were 2mm and failed. I replaced them myself but when I checked the thickness they were actually over 5 mm so I spent $80 for no reason. Also they quoted a lot of money for sir and cabinet filters but I found them on line for $1.70 for cabin filter took 5 minutes to replace and $4.35 for air filter and again only took 5 minutes to change. Tried to upsell me on a number of things I did not need.
