Went into the dealership looking to trade my car in , and was not able to make a deal. The salesperson called the next day and said the GM would resubmit the deal , was told it would take 24 hrs for a decision so I tried several times to get an answer and no one kept me informed. I was told “ I’m working on it with my manager “. And still no response, I guess they don’t really care about the customer! I will not be giving Pohanka my business in the future.

although the sales personel were extremely , they truly made an effort to let you know they were concerned and attentive to the customers needs, questions, and concerns, although there was a great concern on my end, the sales team, service manager, sales manager and GM all worked together to resolve the issue in a calm, and courteous manner. I cannot thank the team, especially Gus enough for everything they have done throughout the whole buying process. He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price, with a smile, and dedication to serve and maintain a customer. This team really does go the extra mile to make things right and ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.

Very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely buy a car from them again. The process was prompt, efficient and easy. Our salesman, Donald, was great to work with and had a great sense of humor. Jen, the sales manager made the whole deal very smooth.

Took my Mini Cooper in for scheduled service and an oil change. Took a little longer than expected as they were short handed that day. They graciously discounted the bill for my inconvenience. Everything was done well and professionally.

Went to Salisbury for my service to my Dodge charger. Very fast and Jen was very professional and attentive. Nice and smiling. Very good experience. Would recommend 100% to everyone. I actually enjoy going there.
