Good Service and Respectful staff...Recommend !!!!

Quick and reliable service...Clean facility....staff were very pleasant. they fixed my car and called me in a reasonable time...My car was ready and clean as I left it.

Oil change/ tire rotation

Everyone was very friendly and it was done in a timely manner. Waiting room was clean and offered free water and coffee. I would recommend

Everybody nice and helpful.

We had to have a new key made. The woman who helped me to order a new key on the phone was super helpful. And then when we came in to have it programmed it went quite smoothly.

Enjoyable

We love Mr. Marine. He was awesome and everyone was kind and attentive. I will tell everyone to go there. Nice atmosphere very clean and happy people. Loved my experience.

Oil change

Great customer service , employees were very friendly. Most aggravating part is this survey, they want a 25 word minimum for a oil change., and tire rotation.

Wasted money.

Had a check engine light on in my jeep. I knew it was a misfire on cylinder 5. I knew there was an extended warranty on the left cylinder head. I thought cylinder 5 was one the left making it warranty. So I called them told them my problem and instead of telling me cylinder 5 was not on the left cylinder head they just had me bring it in so they could get diagnosis fee and I already knew what it was. Long story short felt like they just took $135.00 from me. Sad part is in past they have been good to me. Frustrating.

In love with our new vehicle

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience with the purchase of our first new vehicle. As a couple in our early 20s with three children buying a car new for the first time can be a very anxious process, but the Staff at Safford was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and realistic , In my opinion they all went above and beyond to get us in the right vehicle for the right price. We are absolutely loving our new purchase and are looking forward to the many memories and family trips that will come. If you’re on the fence I highly recommend just popping in for a chat. It is a no pressure environment but I have a feeling you might just leave With your dream vehicle.

Service

I have had all service and repair work done here on my 2016 Jeep. So far the customer service has been great, and work completed in a timely and acceptable fashion. It’s a little pricey, but all dealerships are.
