Cavender Nissan of San Marcos

I deal almost exclusively with my Lexus dealer, but needed my state inspection, so since my dealer is about 30 miles away, I came here as it is close to home. Regardless of arriving in something that was not a Nissan, I was greeted promptly. When I said I wanted my state inspection done, the attendant said, “no problem, but we have quite a few in front of you. If you would like to wait it will probably be about 1 1/2 hours.” I waited and it was actually just a little mow than an hour. During the interim, the attendant gave me an update. Everyone was very polite. Although I am a devoted Lexus owner, and accustomed to their great service, this was likely as good.

Their service is usually the very best. Life sometimes gets in their way with timing. However, Jacob always delivers the best service.

Mike was very helpful in getting my 2020 Frontier in and out for recall work. In addition, they checked the truck for other issues and cleaned the truck before I left. I was apprised of the status of my vehicle each step of the service call. I highly recommend Cavender Nissan for service and Mike as a service advisor.
