I ordered a tire 1/02/25 I was told it would be there

I ordered a tire 1/02/25 I was told it would be there within the hour . Came back end of day still tire . Came back the next day no tire. I called I either was hung up on or no answers the phone . Long story short I got a refund I will not be getting my car serviced from there again. Not worth my time .

My advisor isn’t organized,the agent quoted one price

My advisor isn’t organized,the agent quoted one price when the agent found out I had repair insurance my bill went up, also didn’t return calls or few text messages. When I picked up my car I was speaking with the manager about the bill the advisor never came into the office to see if everything was ok or did I need any assistance

Took my car in for heater repair just prior to Halloween.

Took my car in for heater repair just prior to Halloween. I still do not have it back. I was told previously it was ready about three weeks ago, and when I went to pick up the car and paid, i drove down the road only to learn that new issues were present resulting from improper reassembly and missed by service technicians test drives resulting in steering linkage issues and problems with traction control. The car was unsafe to drive and presently remains in service. Calling up to the department to get updates on completion timing fails every time. It doesn't matter if I leave a message and it doesn't matter what I say in the message, I do not get a return call. As I write this review, I still can not say here what day I will get my car back despite multiple outstanding requests for update over the last week. It was promised back to me two weeks ago by Service Director Daniel, but I haven't even heard back from him with updates. The only way I seem to be able to get updates on my car repair is to randomly show up in person and wait for hours until someone at the dealer takes the time to figure it out. I don't know what is wrong with this dealer's service department, but it is seriously broken and it's unlikely that I will return at this point. Hopefully this review reaches someone who will take the lead and get this turned around in favor of completing my car repair and turning around my very unfavorable customer service experience. Keith by far was the best person helping me, but i presume even his hands were tied in resolving this issue.

Weak communication, timeliness was slow, issue that took

Weak communication, timeliness was slow, issue that took days to address took days at another car repair. Erroneously accused me of stealing, and then didn’t apologize when their own computer showed it was an egregious mistake…
