Andrews Cadillac is amazing! I needed a used Escalade so I went by the dealership and Josh Hatfield was so helpful! I told him what I was looking for and he worked really hard to find exactly what I wanted. He truly worked magic! During the purchase process, I was very impressed by everyone I met at Andrews Cadillac and it was a wonderful experience. They are nice, trustworthy, happy, helpful people and I’m so thankful I went there so get what I needed!

When i checked my car after picking up in the morning, There was sound noise issues. There are so many issues even if new car! I think the car is old one, not new car I already tried to visit 4times due to many issues. And also, I visited the shop to pick up my car on Friday 6:05PM. But they did not wait pick up. I saw someone inside. But they rejected I was disappointed.

Josh was supberb. Very professional and knowledgeable. Dealership was clean.had sof drinks but no Diet Coke!!!!

I saw an xt6 last March. I contacted Jenna but didn’t think I could afford the one I wanted. Last week (December) she contacted me w the exact car I wanted. She went above and beyond to make this happen and I put a deposit down 20 minutes later and picked it up a few days later. The absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life.
