I have owned a lot of new vehicles. Andrews Cadillac Mt Juliet is the best. Ms. Jacobson is the smartest, friendliest-sales person I-have seen. The Service department is super. Management is very warm and friendly. In fact it is just a fantastic experience. It is not like the hassles you normally find a car dealerships.That is why I just got my second new Cadillac XT5 from them. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Stanley made the process seamless. We lived two hours away, and he made sure that everything was taken care of by the time we arrived. He was extremely responsive to all calls and texts leading up to our visit.
