FWalked in a met Jena. From initial "what's important to you in your new vehicle" through tracking the build and the final vehicle walkthrough, Jena was full engaged. An excellent sales experience! When we brought the car in for application of the diamond ceramic coatings, the service organization was polite and helpful and I was quickly out in my loaner vehicle. After five years of Tesla app-only support and service, having a local dealership that likes people is such a pleasure. I whole-heartedly recommend Andrew Cadillac in Mt. Juliet.

Josh was incredible and extremely informative but not

Josh was incredible and extremely informative but not forward or aggressive which has happened to us in past ….only complaint is , we bought new car with 2k miles on it, showing 69% oil life remaining and they weren’t able to give us a quick oil change to reset it to 100%. The price of car after taxes was over $65k….i just think that would of been a nice finishing touch for us or a extra free oil change coupon
