My best car buying experience to date.

Everyone was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I am incredibly confident that I made the right choice by choosing Brown's Kia. The showroom was immaculate, and comfortable. Leo, my salesperson was patient, and kind, and helped every step of the way.

Great customer service

The great customer service. From the moment I drove in there was someone who came out to ask if I needed help. Once in the service department the ladies were busy on the phone but made sure to acknowledge me and let me know they’d be right with me.

great service

The customer service representative was wonderful! Very friendly and concise . Was helpful moving my apportionment to an earlier opening and explaining the problem with my battery.

The facility is super clean, the employees are aware of your presence, and they are quick and efficient. I was very comfortable as I waited for my service to be complete.

Totally satisfied and happy!

I came in and told Syed exactly what i wanted even though i didn’t think i would actually be able to leave with a new car that day but he listened to what i wanted did not give me any kind of run around or try to talk me into anything else. Everyone just went straight to work at getting me what i wanted and i left there overly happy and excited with the exact car I’ve been wanting for months. It was the easiest and fastest trip to a car dealership I’ve ever had.

Great service!

Leo was awesome! He was honest and easy to talk to. He bought us Chick-fil-A while we were waiting for financing. Who does that?! He even took the time after our purchase to explain everything!

A happy service experience

The check was simple. The coupon was honored a day after the deadline. Coffee and snacks were available. The wait time was reasonable. The car wash and floor cleaning made my 2017 car look almost like new and this took some work. I had bought the car there and 22500 mile inspection was free. The check-in attendant went of results we me. I left grateful and happy. It was a great start to the day.
