The professionalism of the staff. Very little wait time and the way the service person explained the problem with my vehicle in a way that I understood.

Great Service

Great service, told me what I needed to get done and it was done. Customer service is always good. Plenty of coffee complimentary in the waiting room. Courtesy ride if needed.

Excellent, fast, friendly service

Personable staff, very friendly and gave good direction and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel at ease since I'm not too familiar with car related issues. Very comfy waiting room, but didn't have to wait long because service was super fast. Also worth mentioning is the free coffee while you wait.

Something has changed here. :(

After 10 years as a Brown's Honda customer, my experiences have taken a 180 degree turn. After investing $1600 and making three trips to the service center to fix the air conditioner in my Odyssey, it is still not working properly. I have left several messages and none have been returned. I am saddened and disappointed.

awesome service!!!

I've been using your service center for my Honda's and Acura's..and the service men are awesome that take my call..and when I am there..they come out and give me an update. then they walk me to pay and explain everthing. and thank me!!plus they have coffee..and a tv on.

Very good sales person,attentive but not pushy

This was my second purchase from Brown's.My first car was bought a little over 2yrs.ago.and it'went very well.When I saw the improvements Honda had made to the 2015 Fit.I went back to Brown's with no hesitation.

Outstanding Service Representation

My service representative, Jennifer Yadvish, provided me with outstanding care and piece of mind. She gave me regular and detailed updates to the status of my repairs and sought out cost reduction wherever possible. Jennifer exhibits those qualities of a service represetative that are lost to many. It's very apparent she puts in a lot of pride, care and ownership in her service jobs.
