She took the time to thoroughly explain everything that had taken place with my vehicle and reassured me that the issue we experienced on Saturday would be resolved by the end of the day. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and willingness to make things right. Because of Jenny’s dedication and follow-through, I feel confident continuing as a loyal customer. They are very friendly and quick to answer questions. If they don’t know the answer they quickly find out.
