Steele GMC of Round Rock

The service for my cars is always excellant and thorough. Staff are interested and concerned to be sure I am satisfied with their work on my cars.

We purchased a 2024 GMC Yukon Denali XL from Steele in October of last year. I had a couple of dings in the right back quarter panel that we took in to a professional to have repaired, only to find out this vehicle had hail damage all over that obviously to every day people like us could not be seen. When he put his special light on our car, oh my gosh I was sick. That is a $90,000 vehicle & it was never disclosed to us that it had hail damage or that some of the dings had been sloppily “repaired” that was also pointed out to us. This was our first time dealing with Steele & will without a doubt be our last. How people can be so deceiving & flat out liars is beyond me. If you purchase from them, you better have a keen eye & look over that vehicle before you spend your hard earned money on a vehicle that’s been damaged when you think you’re buying new. They’ll probably see this & come up with more lies to cover their tracks, but at the end of the day, they know what they did. We would have NEVER purchased this vehicle had we of known about the hail damage.

The atmosphere at Steele is warm and very friendly. Everyone there is always willing to help you with anything you need.

I had an electrical issues with my truck… I dropped it off with Stephen and presented my 3rd party vehicle warranty and within 36 hours I had my truck back and it was working like new. They even took care of a couple of recall items within that 36 hour timeframe.

Jose Medellin is a good salesman. He had the vehicle pulled up to the front and was for our arrival. He showed us some exterior features on the vehicle before we headed out on a test drive. Once we returned we went inside and started working to agree on a price.after a little discussion we agreed on a price. Everything up to this point was going pretty smoothly, then there was a longer than anticipated time to get in to see the finance team. Once we were able to meet with finance the rest of the process went smoothly. It All in all we spent roughly 5+ hours purchasing the vehicle.
