I lucked into meeting Bob, the salesman I worked with.

I lucked into meeting Bob, the salesman I worked with. I enjoyed working and visiting with him. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. I got the truck I wanted at a price I could pay.

First time with steel since they purchased old dealer.

First time with steel since they purchased old dealer. This review is for service experienced transmission problems that the previous dealer had worked on three or four times to correct every time they seem to fix the problem but it always comes back this time when I picked up the vehicle and the first time I shifted it into reverse there was a large clunk, and then it seem to operate. OK so I guess the jury is still out on if they fixed the shifting problem With the transmission. The cost of repairs were shockingly hi to me but the service writer said it’s guaranteed for two years so keeping my fingers crossed.

Went in for an oil change and was advised of other

Went in for an oil change and was advised of other recommendations. It was a lot, but there was no pressure to have work done there. Steven was a very friendly and competent service manager. Waited minimal time and was out in an hour from start to finish. Great job

Good dealership, they took care of my problem and also took care of a warranty billing issue to insure I did not have to pay out of pocket since I had the full premium warranty.
