It was very easy and fast. Johnathon Chien was very thorough and helpful, and Mark in Finance was quick, funny, and thorough. Johnathon spent quite a bit of time with me to show all features of the 4Runner, and it is evident that he's also a fan of Toyota.

Great experience
The honesty and professionalism of our salesman and staff. The vehicle we wanted is highly sought after and your dealership is the only one that wasn’t trying to rake the customers over the coals by adding a market adjustment. Excessive wait time
The wait was long and boring. Noticed arms of chairs were filthy in waiting area. Poor selection of magazines in waiting area. Customer care was good.
