Unacceptable phone service
I bought a new car from them and liked the sales service, Called back a couple of weeks later to check on transferring the title and the status of my new tags. Got disconnected a total of five times. Gave up. They talk a good game on customer service, but can't seem to get the simple phone system to be responsive.

Dealer was given a very reasonable offer on 2 BRZs and did not have the decency to even counter it. Dealership is too proud and rude.

Came in last minute; fixed and on road in less than 30.
I had an unknown electrical problem which would not let me shift out of park. I called the 1-800 number on the manual Subaru provides with the car but they were clueless as to what the issue might be. So, I had the car towed to Brown's (nearest Subaru dealership). Due to the lateness of the evening, I was sure that I would have to leave the car overnight (logistical headache). Bbut fortunately, the service dept was still open. The service attendant (Ms Trish Montgomery) upon hearing my woes, immediately suspected the problem and called the service garage and asked one of the technicians if he had time to fix it this evening. I was in and out and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Crisis averted. Kudos to Ms Trish.

Service on my new crosstrex
Friendly people. Great service and value with easy drop off. This was my first oil change which was free. Purchased the car at this dealership and was very happy with the overall process. Looking to buy another car soon and will definitely do it with the same sales team.
