Everybody in the service shop is always so helpful and friendly. They always take really great care of my vehicle and I haven?t had any issues to report. It?s always a pleasure and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else for service or repairs. I?m glad people still do good honest business like they do here.

Friendly and courteous staff.

Friendly and courteous staff. The purchasing process was probably one of my best. No pressure, and eager to make a deal. I worked with both the floor salesman and the dealer manager. Once the deal was finalized, I worked with the finance person who was courteous and no pressure.

best truck buying experience I have ever had in my 64 years of life my sales consultant Ron Pandlt was the best person I have ever had working me when buying a new truck he actually listened and worked out all my needs and helped me get the best deal I could. I will recommend any of my friends to him in the future

Everything was great before I drove off the lot with my

Everything was great before I drove off the lot with my truck. I noticed after that I only had 1 key fob. I wasn't aware that some used vehicles were sold with only 1. I called and inquired and was treated very cold by the salesman, Brian Lanning, who sold me my truck. He was like a different person before and after the sale. No empathy for the situation, seemed annoyed at the very inquiry, and very indifferent that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for another key fob, because who doesn't need a spare key for a new vehicle? Seems like common sense to me, but not to this dealership. I also spoke to a manager named Cody, he said he would call the previous owner to ask about the 2nd key, but never called me back with an update. I received a copy and paste email from Brian 4 days later, checking in to see how it was going with the truck and asking if I had any questions. I responded asking again about the key fob and got this reply: Reached out to previous owner. Not going to be able to get a second key for the rebel from them. No proper email salutation or closing, and barely even put together 2 complete sentences. Clearly my inquiry was again an inconvenience to him. Be sure to ask about 2 key fobs, and demand that they make a 2nd one for you if you need one before signing anything. And don't buy into Brian Lanning's buddy act, it's not real. He's not there to help you after the sale, despite what his template email says.

Called ahead in regards to a truck listed on there

Called ahead in regards to a truck listed on there website as clean and well maintained. I drove an hour and half to look at it and told when I arrived the truck needs a significant amount of work. I get a half apology from the worker and told to kick rocks. I would avoid working with this dealer at all costs. Wasted not only my time and money but half a day. These people need to get it together.

I was not happy when the service tech told me I needed

I was not happy when the service tech told me I needed new breaks when I literally had my breaks replaced the day before. Then, when I explained that, they tried making excuses. I now firmly believe Auto Nation Dodge Ram is crooked.

I have always had very good service at this dealership.

I have always had very good service at this dealership. My last visit I was taken in immediately. They did a general inspection of my vehicle and alert me to things that were not yet a problem but should be watched. Best of all they completed the work I requested in the time period I requested. Very happy with the service.

They were able to get my tire sensor fixed new tires,

They were able to get my tire sensor fixed new tires, mounted and balanced and oil changed, done quicker than they originally quoted.
