I tried to purchase a 2011 tundra from the auto nation
I tried to purchase a 2011 tundra from the auto nation in Colorado Springs. I was told it was available. I offered to leave a deposit to hold it until Monday when I could get my bank to wire funds. I was asked if I could apply for a loan there. I told them yes but I wouldn’t take a loan there if they couldn’t match my bank rate of 9.1%. I allowed them to pull my credit and then they started avoiding my calls. Come to find out they sold the truck out from under me. I spoke with a Vernon who is the manager and he said he would try to find another vehicle like the one I’m looking for and try to make it right. He has since then been avoiding my calls. This is very shady business. I had every intention of purchasing this vehicle. Vernon said it was sold that morning but I was told at 1 pm it was still available and asked to complete a finance application. I am very disappointed in your business. I should have been allowed to purchase that vehicle. I am wondering if auto nation is a fraudulent business or if it is just the Colorado Springs one?

Not sure how you will turn things around when I’ve left a voicemail for the manager for 3 days now with no return. Seems you only want to publicly turn things around and not actually fix things
They run a special for additional 20%off when you
They run a special for additional 20%off when you schedule after 1:00 pm and you can’t schedule during those times in Auto live because it’s blocked.Why run the special if not going to honor. They want more business but don’t want to give the discount and most of the staff is not informed of how it works anyway.Joe

Beware – AutoNation Dodge Ram Colorado Springs Won’t Send
Beware – AutoNation Dodge Ram Colorado Springs Won’t Send My Title! I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Dodge Ram Colorado Springs, and they shipped it to me in Mississippi—but will not send the title! It has been 2 weeks since I bought the car, and despite repeated calls and emails, I still don’t have the title. Without it, I can’t legally register the vehicle, which means I’m stuck with a car I can’t register or drive in the state of Mississippi. This dealership’s lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating. They were quick to take my money, and promised to ship the vehicle in 48 hours. Days later when the vehicle still had not shipped, I had to find my own shipping company and pay $850 out of pocket in which I was promised to be reimbursed. When it comes to actually following the law and providing my title, they have breeched the contract. Two weeks since they received my money wire in full and I have yet to receive my title or reimbursement. If you’re considering buying from here, DON’T. Find a dealership that actually honors their commitments.

I received 5 free oil changes with the 2016 Dodge Ram
I received 5 free oil changes with the 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel truck I purchased in January 2024. I also purchased the extended warranty with the truck. When I took the truck in for its first oil change, I was informed that there were additional issues with the truck heater intake manifold (the engine light was on). I was told that the repair should be covered under warranty. I scheduled this repair and when I came in for that scheduled repair, I was told that there was even more wrong with the truck. Additionally,. I was told that the warranty was NOT going to cover these repairs and my bill was going to be over $9,000.00! For a truck that had less than 70,000 miles on it! Thank goodness I took the truck for a second opinion. The other shop told me that the recommended repairs by the Auto Nation service department were unwarranted and that the truck was not throwing any codes that would indicate the repair that Auto Nation was suggesting which would cost over $9,000.00. So glad I didn't get ripped off by these hacks!!

I would’ve preferred that the dealership gave me their
I would’ve preferred that the dealership gave me their best offer upfront instead of having me leave the dealership and two days later get a call from the general manager with another offer in January 2025. I also would’ve preferred to have more time with the salesman who ultimately sold me the truck to become familiar with the features of this vehicle.
