AutoNation Dodge Ram Colorado Springs

Our experience with the representatives of Colorado Springs Dodge was refreshing. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, through the negotiation process up to and including the signing of our paperwork we were treated fairly and above par.

I explained my daughter had to go to work and they accommodated us. They worked hard to get us out quickly. This is the first time I have gotten out in a timely matter without spending all day. The sales person was courteous and seemed to genuinely care about what our needs were. He wasn't pushy which I really appreciated. I would recommend Michael Lamb to anyone and plan on using him again when my daughter is ready for a car.

I'd been visiting various Dodge/RAM dealerships in and around the Denver area, and taking test drives for a couple of weeks when I decided to branch out geographically and check out CO Springs. I'm glad I made the long drive to CO Springs. The salesman that helped me through this was professional, knowledgeable and pleasantly laid back. Laid back but there for me when I needed him. Kudos to the finance for giving me what I wanted, which was a truck and not a bunch of other frilly extras and no pushiness. These guys were great. Obviously my favorite part of the experience was they helped me find a quality pre-owned 2013 RAM 1500 at a price that fit my budget. With the price of trucks these days my budget was telling me I may need to buy a car instead of a truck which did not set well with me. All in all my experience with this dealership was very good and I plan to make the drive again down South when it's time for another newer truck. That won't be for a while, I'm good for now. Colorado Springs Dodge was incredible! They were my 5th car dealership of the day, and theywere incredibly helpful. The sale associate we got paired with, Craig, was kind and patient. The finance manager, Christian, was incredibly generous and really wanted to help us get our car for a good deal. Colorado Sprongs Dodge is the place to go for used cars!

Mike L. (Coolest salesman ever) Assisted me in finding the perfect truck for the needs I listed. He wasn't pushy and followed through with everything he said he would do. I appreciated that he listened to my needs and gave me honest input when I asked. I've bought several cars and this by far has been the best auto buying experience. Christian (Manager), was willing to do whatever it took to get me the deal I wanted and made the whole experience easy and stress free. I appreciate everything these two hardworking guys did, including staying after close to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of completely. Overall the service was commensurate with quality, but the pressure to buy a car was a little annoying and frustrating. I understand that at the end of the day, the dealership is trying to make money, but the sales manager could have been less adamant on pressure just to make the sale. All in all however, I was pleased with the service as a whole, and the ability to work with my wife and I to get a better deal.

It was fun buying a truck from Scott Matela at Colorado Springs Dodge. The negotiation process went smoothly and Scott spent extra time ensuring that I knew how to operate every bell and whistle on my new Ram 1500. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. I arrived at the dealership, greeted quickley, found a truck that i liked, and made a deal, and wrote a check. all of this was faster and more efficient, and ho hassle than any car i have purchased. Then it stopped and 3-4 hrs later i drove home.

Came in looking to compare the Mustang GT to the Challenger RT and the Charger RT. It sucked a bit that they only had one Charger and it was not the RT so i could not really compare all but the Challenger was there and sure enough it was looking like a beast on its own. Honestly i have always been a mustang guy but the new 2015 line of cars they now have are amazing. Never really looked into Dodge before but WOW they are amazing. Beautiful interior, great style and super bold design. Definitely Challenger for me and Charger for my wife. I had the pleasure to meet with Justin Oakley, amazing salesman. Very enthusiastic, full of energy, gave us his full attention and explained everything to the best of his knowledge. I did not even realized he was fairly new. Also, Eric, the sales manager came in, helped us structure a deal and explain the pros and cons of financing in our specific case. I found that to be very honest and realistic from a dealership. They just ROOOCK big time!!! Loved the Ram as well. If we ever get a truck it ll be a Ram and from Justin and Eric at Colorado Springs Dodge.
