Buying experience was mediocre at best. Our salesman...

Buying experience was mediocre at best. Our salesman Caleb James was very friendly and seemed concerned with our vehicle needs. The floor manager is very arrogant and cocky. He treated me as if I couldn't afford the truck I picked out. Finance department seemed as if they were trying to rush me into signing everything before I had a chance to read it. Also, the markup on GAP insurance was off the charts. Adding GAP to my loan raised my payments by $32 a month for 75 months. That's a total of $2,400.00. After I read the paperwork, the charge for the GAP was only $800.00. Make sure you look at the prices of all the extras they offer you after your vehicle price negotiations are over. That's where they really stick it to you.

Joe was awesome to work with. He was very honest and very helpful through the entire purchasing process. I believe all car salesmen should be as great as Joe. He was very, very friendly and really took his time with the sale. He didn't try to rush the process. Joe has amazing integrity!! Thanks Joe!!

Brenda provided for an excellent truck buying experience. She answered all our questions and very nice. As with any car buying the waiting for management and finance is not pleasant.

Chris listened to my truck requirements and aggressively worked to beat the competitor's deal (Ford and CarMax ). The vehicle they found for me exceeded my expectations and final sales price was better than I thought possible. They surpassed my car buying experiences by driving to Denver for same-day delivery! I was genuinely impressed.

Scott was the sales person, or so it seems. I keep getting theses letters about his report card. Never got one so I'll call coorporate and ask where it is. If they have negatives that is what he is getting. Came in to by a 2012 outdoorsman and ended up with a 2011 1500. Still a nice truck but it has to come back because of a jolt it gives after I come to a stop. Kind of an after affect. Scott sent me into finance. When I came out, he was at his desk with another customer, totally ignored me. I had to ask someone else for my keys. He had thrown my license plates in the back of the truck. Have never had a follow up from him or anyone else. The truck was empty on gas. Whoever detailed it looks like they washed the inside of the windshield with a dirty rag. I have bought three vehicles from you now. The first a used 1500 which was good. The second a Laramie which the ram boxes leaked so bad I couldn't use them and went round and round with your store so I bought a Tundra. I took a big hit but the truck would have rusted out anyway. I got my first oil change. Was in and out in a snap. Hats off to the mechanic. It is a shame that there is no customer service or relations at your store. Why do you even have that commercial with DEALIN DOUG? He makes it sound like you folks are so sincere when your just there to make a sale and so long to the buyer.

I had a great experience dealing with Lauren, her manager Mark, and the rest of the staff there at CO SPGS Dodge. They are very military friendly. The only thing I wanted but didn't get: I did not meet Dealin' Doug from the signs and commercials that brought me there in the first place. Where's Doug?!

Sorry if my comments were taking wrong ?? Rocky went beyond the call of duty .When i said {taken it like a man} was meant HE BENT OVER BACK BACKWARDS and Catered to all of my {CAR NEEDS } I am Sorry if any one got there fillings hurt .. I have dealt with salesman many times in the past and i like and trust Rocky and the dealership .. There was a miss understanding on the Sky patrol but so far everything has been worked out and I am very satisfied .. I plan on buying many new vehicles form this dealership

My wife and I found this buying experience to be very easy. Robert listen to what we said we wanted and he went out of his way to see we got it. The entire team there did a great job and are very friendly. I will feel very comfortable referring my friends to this dealership and staff.

I walked away from Perkins Motors because the sales per...

I walked away from Perkins Motors because the sales per said he had another appointment he was waiting for. I decided to check the inventory at Faircy Jeep and found that they didn't have the 4 door jeep rubicon that I was looking for, but knew from the internet that COS Doge had one. We drove around the lot and found it. Lauren was walking the lot so I asked if she was a sales person she said she was so we proceeded to ask questions about the Jeep. She said she was new, but would get the answers. We liked her go get it attitude without being rude as we had experienced earlier. Lauren is very personable. We had a great experience. Thank you.
